NCR-based developer announces new affordable housing project in Gurugram

In a significant development for the real estate sector, NCR-based developer has announced its plan to develop a new affordable housing project.
MRG Group announced to develop 'PRIMARK' with a substantial investment of Rs 250 crore in sector 90, Gurugram. This investment aligns with the group’s vision of creating 'Spaces for Life' and aims to address the growing demand for affordable housing options in one of India's rapidly developing urban centres.
The new project draws inspiration from the state government's affordable housing policy. It will encompass an area of 5.2625 acres and will comprise 769 units, featuring sizes of 622.116 sq ft, 623.193 sq ft, and 645.797 sq ft. These premium homes with green benefits, location advantages, and upgraded lifestyles come at an affordable price.
